Prospective participants are invited to electronically submit an extended abstract (min. 500 words, as PDF file), following the instructions available on the Conference web site.  Accepted papers that are presented at the conference, and submitted as a full paper, will be copyrighted to IEEE and published in conference proceedings that will appear in IEEE Xplore and therefore customarily indexed by EI Compendex. Some papers may be selected for publication in IEEE Transactions on Education or IEEE Transactions on Learning Technologies.

Since the papers presented during ITHET will appear on IEEE Xplore, the final papers will have to be in double column IEEE format. We will soon (in a few days) put the appropriate word and latex style files on the web, together with the IEEE pdf Xpress tool to check the compatability of the pdf generated file with IEEE Xplore.
